I would like to thank H2O911 and Matt Whol for job well done on the flood restoration of my residence. While out of town on February 12th I was notified by my family the water was pouring through my ceiling and commenced to flood my entire home. Upon hearing this news, I immediately left for my three hour trip home.
Once arriving home, I was greeted by my family who had taken the liberty of calling your business in order to understand the damage and to what process would need to take place. Matt was gracious enough to come out right away and speak to my son-in-law. He helped them to understand the entire process and why each step would be necessary. Because of the sensitive nature of such a disaster, my family decided to wait for me to arrive and allow me to assess my own damage and call Matt once I was able to think clearly. I was devastated to say the least.
It was approximately 9:30pm once I was home. Despite the late hour, Matt did return and was kind enough to explain each detail, once again, so that I could completely understand the process of drying my home out as well as the cost. Matt was very patient and helpful in explaining to me the contract as well as the importance of starting this endeavor immediately. Once the contract was signed he and two of his associates began work.
The next morning an entire crew arrived at my house. I was most impressed with the professionalism each member displayed as well as their neat appearance. It was important to me and my family that I worked with a group that I felt comfortable with. This group was very respectful.
Although it was hard to approach my keepsakes that were drenched in water, the H2O911 crew was very helpful in giving me time to go through and make decisions about what to be thrown out and what could be saved. H2O911 had a storage container delivered to my house and arranged for me to have the use of it for one month.
Once the salvageable items were packed and my furniture was removed, the men worked like clockwork in order to remove all soaked carpet padding, base boards and drywall. As shocking as it was, I was so pleased that your company bagged these items and had them removed from my property so that I was not burdened with this.
I am very thankful your company was able to efficiently complete their job within 5 days and leave my home dry and smell-free. I am retired widow and the compassion your company showed me, not only in their work ethic, but also in your understanding about my absence of home-owner’s insurance, was a great blessing to me in such a time of distress. I appreciate your offer to finance my balance as this was a great help. From start to finish H2O911, and especially Matt Whol, were a tremendous help to me at my point of devastation.

Brad Ziegler is awesome!!! He took care of everything for us! Since we live out of state this was such a blessing. I felt like he was someone I could trust as well as someone who would be there to act in my best interest. I also loved working with a fellow Hoosier! The remediation report is very thorough! I am SO glad that I called H2O911 and that Brad picked up that phone!!
Also, the construction crew did an excellent job. Our Realtor said it is hard to find good contractors in FL, but that they were great! Thanks to them as well!

My wife and I experienced a small flood at our home late Monday, June 15th. 2009. This flood was the result of an improperly repaired washing machine by the technicians. We were unable to get any response from the company that did the repairs. I went to the yellow pages and found you full page advertisement. Within one hour of my call Ted Magie arrived followed by your extraction team a few minutes later. Within an hour all the excess water had been removed and the blowers and a dehumidifier were set up. Everything worked out much like a well run military operation. Twenty four hours later the extraction team returned and removed their equipment. Enter Dave DeGroff to review the work done to restore everything back to normal. Carpet repair was completed a few days later by one of your subcontractors, excellent job. A day later Jose Salazar replaced and resealed all the base boards and repaired damaged grout, excellent job. Today Carl Thompson and his son Jeremiah arrived first thing and cleaned all the involved carpet, excellent job. Every person involved in this small project was the most professional and courteous.
While this was going on we of course filed an insurance claim for the damages and restoration. The claim will be paid due to the fault of the technicians. However, as you know all these different H2O911 departments require payment from us. Your office Manager/Bookkeeper, Erica Boyd has been with us from the beginning. Setting up the initial team they arrived in under a hour. She further extended your company’s cooperation as a result of the insurance claim and has held the invoices until today until everything was completed. My wife and I will pay for everything before close of business today and Erica will fax all the paid invoices to the insurance adjuster for us.
To you and all the H2O911 employees we have come in contact with we extend our deepest thanks for a job well done. Your team of customers service oriented employees should be congratulated.
