Just wanted to make note of how well you and your crew handled the water intrusion situation in units 7-102 and 7-202.  First and foremost, the response time was nothing short of remarkable.  From the time my Maintenance Supervisor found the toilet leaking in 7-202 to the time your water extraction team was on site was literally less than one hour!  I cannot fathom how much damage to both units and surrounding properties was avoided due to H2O-911’s rapid response.   Without a doubt, a rapid response is the single most important factor I consider when deciding which water extraction company I use on my properties.

Of course, the level of professionalism, workmanship, and overall final restoration results were equally stellar and worthy of mentioning.  Throughout the restoration process your technicians were focused on their work, expeditious in completing the tasks at hand, and always courteous and professional.  Most noteworthy was how meticulous they were about policing the work site and limiting the disruptions to neighboring condo residents.  To be honest, once they were on site, it was difficult to determine whether or not there was a work site; they kept it that clean and free of debris!

A final note, your office staff was very supportive and patient while I worked through the myriad of “insurance road blocks” that go with damage to multiple units in condominiums.  In the end, my Board of Directors and I truly felt like H2O-911 treated all parties involved about as fairly as anyone could expect; we always felt your overall focus was on “customer satisfaction” and not just trying to “make a buck.”

All too often in business today you hear about the bad and incompetent employees and very seldom about the good and competent ones. I feel compelled to send you a note, which I hope you will forward to the owner of H2O911, about my experience thus far with you and Jessee and the fantastic reflection you both exude for H2O911.

The high degree of professionalism that you and Jessee have exhibited towards me this last couple of weeks has been exceptional, exemplary and commendable. H2O911 I am sure is very proud to have such high caliber of employees working for them. This high degree of professionalism can be accessed by a number of metrics, such as punctuality, thoroughness of bid, manners with customers, answering personal cell phone after hours and with enthusiasm as opposed to anger, returning phone calls promptly and  attitude,  just to mention a few. In comparison to the other company's I have met with on this remediation project, H2O911was not the least expensive by a healthy margin. What sold me is the confidence I felt by you and Jessee that your company will perform this job correctly on time and on budget.

We are scheduled for closing this property on the 14th of January or sooner. I will inform you of the exact date when I know it within the next week. Until then thank you and I look forward to working with you and Jessee on my new home.   All my best for a Happy New Year.

It was a pleasure to meet you at the FRSA luncheon this week, and it has been a pleasure working with your people on two projects:

1. Johan Santana's house at the Renaissance in Fort Myers. I had a property manager that would not believe the foundation was leaking and was convinced it was the roof. You guys came in and proved that the foundation was actually the problem and got everything corrected.

2. Street residence (Gulfshore Homes) at Bay Colony Golf Club in Naples. Same issues that were not the roof but air-conditioning, improper insulation, and stucco.

You guys are the first company I have worked with that can come in, analyze the problem, back it up with facts, and get things corrected without wasting labor and money on other issues not related but only suspected. Thank you!

Look forward to working with you again in the future. Remediation is where our business is right now and I imagine the same is true with you.

How can a person say thank you to someone who has done so much? Few people could understand how hard it is to know the very home they are providing for their child is the place where their child’s health is at most risk. When I heard that H2O911 had stepped up to fix my kitchen I began to cry. For months I had so many sleepless nights worrying that I may have to move out of my own home because of the level of mold in my kitchen when others turned their back on me (FireService), you, a stranger, didn’t. Words cannot express my gratitude. Thank you for all you and your company did for me. I will never forget it.
