Our services for mold assessment and testing include non-intrusive/non-destructive methods of inspection with the use of infrared thermal imaging and moisture meter detection for source identification of suspect conditions. Air and/or surface sampling are also performed to determine the indoor air quality and the extent of any airborne mold spore concentrations as well as surface contaminations of mold growth. Reports include documentation of mold and moisture within the property, supported with digital and infrared photographs and remedial recommendations for corrections based on the collection of sampling data and visual observations. Post Remediation Verification or Clearance Inspections can also be performed upon completion of the remediation project and should be done prior to build-back of finish materials or occupancy of previously contaminated living spaces.
